Tracir Financial Services herein referred to as “TFS”, “We”, “Us”

*All loans subject to normal TFS credit policies. The Underwriting Department determines credit worthiness based on several factors including, but not limited to credit history, income, residence, debt, ability to repay the debt, income verification and collateral. Must be an Ohio resident to qualify for a TFS Direct loan. All loans require collateral. Loans of $1,000 - $3,000 secured by household goods. Loans of $1,000 - $10,000 secured by titled motor vehicle. Motor vehicle must be titled in signer’s name and will require a first lien by Tracir Financial Services. Loans secured with a motor vehicle title require “Full” coverage insurance with TFS listed as Loss Payee or comparable TFS product. Required collateral determined by Underwriting Department. Not all applicants will qualify for the lowest rates or maximum loan amount. All loan applications will require a current credit report which will result in a “Hard” credit inquiry. Credit inquiries may impact your credit score. By submitting your application to TFS you authorize us to access to your credit report. Not all applicants will be approved for credit. Applicants who were declined for credit with TFS will receive an adverse action letter explaining the credit decision. Applicants may request information about their credit reports directly from the credit bureaus: TransUnion @ www.transunion.com, Equifax @ www.equifax.com, Experian @ www.experian.com. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.

Loan proceeds paid directly to the consumer will be electronically deposited onto a debit card, the debit card must be associated with a deposit account. Loan proceeds are typically available within thirty minutes of the completion of the loan closing but may take longer depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
